Hello! I’m Sara Randolph a Zen homeschooler, proud/blessed Mom, and Wife.

I don’t mean to be so direct, but I have to say that as soon as you came in;

I sensed that you can Defiantly Homeschool or Homeschool Stronger.  

It’s true. I really believe you’ve made a very wise choice and that you’ve totally got this!

 

​Now I know you are here because you have doubts, questions, maybe you are feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. That happens to us all, but good for you for being the kind of parent that takes the time to read the books, do the research, check the statistics, browse tons of homeschool blog pages, websites, curriculum resources, and social media groups. (that’s probably how you found me) That alone, tells me you and I have something very important in common; we really care about the education our children or child deserves.​

 

Did you know; every parent who comes in here is passionate about their children’s environment, education and their family dynamics? It’s true. We all want to do the best we can at providing a stimulating, safe, engaging, and beneficial learning experience for our youth.  We recognize that no one, anywhere, not in public schools, not in the government, not even among our Facebook friends list -  is more invested in the outcome of our children or child’s future as we, the parents, are.  So that alone has motivated us to do what we are doing today.

 

You may be here because you are just coming into homeschooling, or contemplating homeschooling. (I’ve been there!) Maybe you homeschooling already and feeling frustrated and overwhelmed? Are you second guessing yourself, drowning in guilt, and desperate to find a system that works better for you? (I’ve been there too, and now I am here for you.) ​I often have parents message me with questions regarding getting started, staying committed, and finding encouragement, curriculum, and a better system for homeschooling. I have spent hours in messenger and on the phone with frustrated and overwhelmed parents sharing with them what I am going to share here for Everyone. No bank-drain, no long reads, and no pretense. Just real life lessons I have learnt during our homeschooling journey. I want everyone who feels compelled or called to do this, to succeed at it. ​I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and maybe I don’t have the perfect system that works for you and your family. What I do have, is some insight on where to begin and how to stay with it.

​Just for you; I am adding audio files pertaining to different aspects of homeschooling. This allows you to listen to the ones that apply to where you are in your journey. Pretty much every parent asks me the same questions, so I am going to do the best I can at answering them. If you have a question I may have missed, have thoughts, or critiques, please let me know. I am totally open and will address them as soon as I can.
